Refund and Return Policy
We strive to ensure every customer is happy with their purchase. Due to the nature of our international shipping processes from our facility in China, we do not require customers to return items to us.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us at contact@woshuntrade.com within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order number and a clear photo or video of the issue. Once verified, we will offer you a full refund or a free replacement, at no additional cost to you.
Refunds Once your request for a refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Lost Packages If your tracking information shows that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us immediately so we can investigate with our shipping partners.
