2. Processing Time
Please allow 1-2 business days for our team to process your order, perform quality checks, and package your items before they are dispatched.

3. Delivery Times Shipping times vary based on your location. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:

  • US: 7 – 10 days

  • Canada: 10 – 15 days

  • UK: 7 – 10 days

  • EU (France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Portugal, Spain): 7 – 10 days

  • South America: 10 – 15 days

  • South Africa: 7 – 12 days

  • Middle East: 10 – 15 days

  • South Asia: 7 – 10 days

4. Tracking Your Order Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey directly on our website or through the carrier’s tracking portal.

5. Order Changes & Address Accuracy Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are unable to redirect packages once they have been dispatched from our warehouse in China. If you need to change your details, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
